(1) Indirect Investment in Vietnam (Granting a foreign investment license enables foreign investors to acquire equity contributions of Vietnamese enterprises): Acceptance of acquiring shares, capital contributions of existing Vietnamese enterprises, assistance in obtaining Approval for the sale of shares to foreign investors without the necessity of applying for an Investment Registration Certificate (IRC)
(2) Đầu tư trực tiếp tại Việt Nam (thành lập tổ chức kinh tế tại Việt Nam): Đầu tư theo dự án đầu tư có xin cấp Giấy chứng nhận đăng ký đầu tư (Investment Registration Certificate – IRC) và thành lập doanh nghiệp có vốn đầu tư nước ngoài (Enterprise Registration Certificate – ERC).
(2) Direct Investment in Vietnam (Investment in establishment of a business organization in VietNam): Investing in a registered investment project, requiring the issuance of an Investment Registration Certificate (IRC), and establishing a business with foreign investment capital, obtaining an Enterprise Registration Certificate (ERC).
(3) Chuyển đổi Mô Hình Đầu Tư: Điều chỉnh sở hữu nước ngoài từ dưới 51% lên trên 51% (Chuyển sang áp dụng điều kiện ưu đãi đầu tư cho các đối tác nước ngoài) và ngược lại (Chuyển sang áp dụng điều kiện ưu đãi đầu tư tương tự như nhà đầu tư trong nước Việt Nam).
(3) Investment Model Conversion: Adjusting foreign ownership from below 51% to above 51% (Transitioning to apply investment incentives for foreign partners) and vice versa (Transitioning to apply investment incentives similar to domestic investors in Vietnam).
